Q. What products do you offer?


A. We offer a variety of products from laser engraved/cut items, sublimated tumblers, crafting blanks, and custom placards. If there is something specific, you are looking for shoot us an email at thedelightfuldabbler@gmail.com

 

Q. Do you engrave customer supplied items?

A. We engrave customer supplied items only on bulk orders. These orders will be approved or denied on a case-by-case basis. If approved, one test piece must be supplied for testing settings since all materials are different. By paying the invoice the customer understands their supplied item(s) will not be replaced due to machine/employee malfunction. If there is a malfunction, TDD LLC will refund the item total (minus design fees if applicable). These things happen from time to time & can be beyond our control, but we strive to do our very best with every order we fulfill. We have not had an issue yet, but there is a risk with every order.

 

Shipping

Q. Where do you ship from?


A. All items are shipped from Connecticut. Please message me if there is a deadline you need the items by to see if it's possible before purchasing. Although I can guarantee my shipping dispatch date if you clarify these terms, I cannot guarantee there won't be delays that are out of my control once the package is in UPS or USPS's hands.

 

Q. Do you offer local pickup?


A. Yes, we do. When you choose the local pickup option at checkout, I will reach out to you once the items are completed to schedule a pickup time with you, the estimate the website gives you is just to let you know when your items should be finished by.


Q: Where can I find the tracking information for my order?


A: An email is sent to the provided email address with the order tracking information. Make sure you check your spam/junk folders as well. Emails will be sent from Square or Pirateship.


Refunds/Cancellation Policy


Q: Do you allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges?


A. No, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, or edited once the order is placed. If there is an issue due to the manufacturing process, The Delightful Dabbler LLC will try to resolve the issue and make it right. Variations in wood grain/engrave color is out our control and is not considered a manufacturing defect. We also try to take accurate pictures, but due to differences in monitors/smartphones colors might be off slightly, which also is not considered a defect.

Refunds may be granted in certain extenuating circumstances; decided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for resolutions.


Q: What if an item arrives to me broken or damaged?


A: A claim will need to be submitted to the shipping company that delivered your order. Please also contact us at thedelightfuldabber@gmail.com with images of the damage to the items and/or shipping box. We will work with the shipping claim and will determine the best resolution per situation.
